Frequently Asked Questions

Re: U.S. Domestic Shipping

Do you ONLY ship within the United States?

Yes, due to exceedingly high shipping rates, I am currently only mailing small parcels domestically.

I use the United States Postal Service to mail items and usually only charge a flat rate fee.

A number of my larger pieces are only available for local pick-up or delivery.

Re: Local Area Pick-Up

Do you offer local pick-up in Lodi?

Yes. I am happy to offer local pick-up either at my studio or at a neutral location such as a coffee place etcetera.

Re: Local Area Delivery

Do you deliver locally in Lodi and surrounding areas for free?

Yes. As carrier rates have increased to the point of not being a viable option, I now offer free delivery in Lodi and surrounding communities within a twenty minute drive of Lodi.

If you purchase an item with a USPS mailing fee. I will refund the fee amount if delivered locally or picked-up in person.

I am unable to deliver items under $125 for free if outside the local area (local area meaning a maximum of a twenty minute drive from Lodi).

Items over $125 are eligible for free delivery to locations within a two-hour drive of Lodi.

Re: Delivery of items over $125

What is meant by free delivery for items priced over $125?

Free delivery within a two hour drive of Lodi, California may be arranged for items in my shop that are listed as only available for local pick-up / delivery and priced over $125.

I may also be able to deliver to locations much farther away as we regularly travel around California and other western states.

If your location is somewhere close to our planned travels, I should be able to arrange delivery based on your needs.

Re: Studio Visit

Do you have a physical location I can visit?

Yes, by appointment only, as I travel periodically throughout the year.

If you are interested in having a piece in your home or office for a week or two, please let me know and we will see if we can come to a mutual agreement.
